Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend shift operations ensuring seamless workflow and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams of 10-15 associates
- Implement and maintain safety protocols across all departments
- Coordinate inventory management and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) with weekday availability
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
