Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety protocols
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control processes
- Address operational challenges proactively and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities, incidents, and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors to ensure seamless transition and operational consistency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse management systems
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Valid driver's license and willingness to operate warehouse equipment if needed
- Associates degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
