Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise from delivery trucks with speed and accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Assist in the general maintenance of the facility and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging inventory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis facility.
