Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow and store standards
- Train and mentor weekend staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to exceed weekend targets
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Maintain accurate shift reports and performance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday required)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
