Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising
- Lead a team of 8-10 associates to ensure peak customer service standards
- Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns during high-traffic weekend periods
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Conduct daily store walkarounds and maintain safety compliance
- Generate performance reports and identify operational improvement opportunities
- Train new associates on company protocols and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-10PM)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
