Responsibilities
- Manage weekend staff schedules and assign daily tasks
- Train new associates on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
