Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend staff scheduling and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend procedures
- Manage patient intake and service delivery during peak weekend hours
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Prepare weekend shift reports and handover documentation
- Coordinate cross-departmental weekend coverage as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years healthcare or supervisory experience
- Valid Texas state license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend demands
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
