Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support services during assigned weekend shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare or direct patient care experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if transporting patients)
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
