Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend shift teams to achieve performance targets
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, quality control, and safety protocols
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
- Train new team members on company procedures and best practices
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in service or retail environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if applicable to role duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
