Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities during weekend shifts to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, providing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee accurate record-keeping procedures
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow processes to meet weekend production targets
- Communicate effectively with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
- Address operational challenges promptly and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
