Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and quality assurance
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ weekend associates to achieve performance targets
- Implement and optimize operational procedures to ensure 99.9% weekend service level compliance
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide actionable feedback for team development
- Monitor equipment maintenance and safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- Proven track record managing weekend or shift-based operations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational metrics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management experience
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in cross-functional team development
