- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational logs
- Collaborate with weekday managers to maintain operational continuity
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics for weekend activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead teams during non-standard shifts (weekends/nights)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management and WMS systems
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Flexibility to work weekends with potential for holiday coverage
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
