Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move inventory to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage, discrepancies, and quality control.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan, track, and update inventory levels accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
