Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 weekend staff across departments (housekeeping, front desk, concierge)
- Resolve guest complaints with 24-hour resolution SLA
- Oversee weekend inventory and supply chain operations
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handoffs
- Implement weekend-specific promotions and events
- Conduct weekly team training on safety protocols
- Generate weekend performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality/supervisory experience
- Valid Virginia Food Handler's certification
- Proficient in Opera/Micros property management systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Availability to work Fri-Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM
- Emergency response and conflict resolution training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
