- Lead and mentor weekend retail team members to achieve sales targets
- Execute store operations, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations promptly
- Coordinate merchandise displays, promotions, and visual standards
- Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership

- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software

- Flexible availability to cover all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
