Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail staff to ensure optimal customer service
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment during weekend shifts

- Execute visual merchandising standards for weekend displays
- Monitor store security and safety protocols during operating hours
- Process daily transactions and reconcile cash registers
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proven ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Proficient in POS systems and retail software
- Valid California driver's license (for store deliveries)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
