Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 team members during weekend shifts, ensuring optimal staffing and performance
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to meet weekend targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional problem-solving skills

Qualifications
