Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts with focus on exceptional customer service
- Lead and mentor 5-8 retail associates to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling and reconciliation
- Collaborate with weekday management team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with POS systems preferred
