Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Manage team of 8-12 associates with performance coaching
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inventory management and quality control
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
- Train new associates on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work weekends consistently (Sat-Sun)
- Proficient in WMS and inventory software
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
