Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all night-shift warehouse operations to ensure 100% order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Conduct thorough inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless transition of inventory and workflow.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper handling procedures and equipment usage.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
