Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations for 10-15 team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all shifts
- Coordinate inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Train and mentor new staff on company protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Generate weekly performance reports for senior management
- Implement safety and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
