Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Manage daily operations including inventory control and quality assurance
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on company protocols
- Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies during peak weekend hours
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends as primary schedule (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm)
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if transportation required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous weekend shift experience highly preferred
