Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local Philadelphia knowledge
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (flexible hours)
