Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend operating hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage weekend inventory, sales targets, and operational workflows
- Train and mentor weekend team members on product knowledge and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Compile weekend performance reports and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service or retail experience
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Weekend availability mandatory (Friday-Sunday, 8-hour shifts)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
