Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations across 3-5 Chicago neighborhood locations
- Lead and mentor 8-12 part-time staff members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand compliance
- Coordinate inventory management and logistics
- Implement weekend marketing initiatives and promotions
- Handle scheduling and payroll processing
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday (10 AM-8 PM)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work)
- Knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
