Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 warehouse associates during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and digital tools
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve operational discrepancies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Prepare weekend performance reports and improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-2PM)
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counts
