Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, verifying accuracy against packing slips.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to maintain optimal flow and accessibility.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure daily targets are met.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, as required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
