Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading successful AI product launches in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
