Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure pipelines designed for 2026 performance standards.

- Define the technical strategy for transitioning legacy systems to quantum-resistant distributed architectures.
- Collaborate with research scientists to optimize large language models (LLMs) and deep learning frameworks.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and security within the AI ecosystem.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with hardware acceleration (GPUs/TPUs) and high-performance computing clusters.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
