- Build strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex futures scenarios into actionable business strategies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record launching market-disruptive technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, AR/VR, clean energy)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation programs within enterprise environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Institute)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives with $10M+ impact
