Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic proposals
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients on future-ready implementations
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish white papers
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong network with academic and industry innovators
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
