You'll report directly to our Chief Futurist and influence product roadmaps across our autonomous systems, biotech, and digital twin divisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts
- Partner with R&D to validate feasibility of emerging innovations
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Curate quarterly 'Future Briefings' for leadership teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Proven experience with emerging tech (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused product launches
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in future technologies
