Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market predictions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks and trend analyses to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to capture first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their industry applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation strategy implementations
