Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proof initiatives
- Produce predictive market reports and competitive intelligence for board-level decision-making
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying breakthrough technologies in regulated industries
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D portfolio with focus on climate-positive solutions
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and UN forums on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 10+ year market impact
- Certification in Systems Dynamics or Futures Forecasting preferred
- Experience working with government policy on technology regulation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020-2025 predictions implementation
