Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, etc.) and market disruptions
- Design and implement pilot programs for next-gen products with $5M+ annual impact potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future strategy into corporate vision and KPIs
- Present compelling innovation narratives to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Drive agile methodologies to accelerate innovation cycles from concept to market
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, product development, or R&D with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented product launches
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams across tech, design, and business domains
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
