- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging technologies and startup collaborations
- Mentor innovation teams in human-centered design and agile futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with demonstrated 2026+ vision implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment frameworks
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products or services with measurable market impact
- Deep understanding of global sustainability goals and ethical innovation principles
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis) and visualization platforms
