Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and market trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations with $10M+ annual impact potential
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities across global markets
- Present strategic frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for multi-year initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and iterate based on real-time data
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-focused innovation roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R and Tableau
