Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks and neural interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global climate tech accelerators
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Deliver keynote presentations at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
- Drive implementation of carbon-negative blockchain solutions for supply chain transparency
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or Computational Social Science
- 10+ years experience leading enterprise-level innovation initiatives in tech or biotech
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi method and Monte Carlo simulations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and generative AI model architecture
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations with $50M+ revenue impact
