- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data throughput in real-time environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance across all global deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, legal teams, and C-suite executives to translate abstract future concepts into viable product strategies.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze global tech trends to identify emerging opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role specifically focused on AI and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of turning high-level strategic vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: A demonstrated passion for exploring the bleeding edge of technology and a portfolio of patents or published research is highly preferred.
