- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-augmented productivity systems and virtual collaboration platforms
- Conduct predictive labor market analysis to inform talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Architect hybrid workplace policies balancing flexibility with organizational performance metrics
- Develop metaverse integration roadmaps for immersive training and virtual team-building
- Establish KPIs measuring employee well-being, innovation velocity, and digital adoption rates
- Partner with HR to implement ethical AI tools for performance evaluation and career development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic workforce planning or organizational development with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced certification in Human-Centered Design or Organizational Psychology (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record implementing hybrid/multi-location workplace transformations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, VR/AR, blockchain for HR applications
- Data fluency with workforce analytics platforms (e.g., Visier, Workday Prism)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work trends (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams across 3+ continents with diverse cultural contexts
