- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement next-generation workplace models (hybrid, virtual, augmented)
- Analyze global labor market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic workforce planning
- Champion ethical AI implementation and digital wellbeing initiatives across the organization
- Design scalable learning ecosystems for continuous upskilling and future-proofing talent
- Collaborate with product teams to develop workplace tech solutions enhancing human-machine collaboration
- Establish KPIs to measure workforce agility, innovation capacity, and employee experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic workforce planning, future trends analysis, or organizational development
- Proven expertise in AI implementation, workforce transformation, or future-of-work initiatives
- Deep understanding of labor market shifts, automation impacts, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Certification in Strategic Workforce Planning, Future Studies, or related field preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through major organizational change
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in workforce forecasting tools
