Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technological and cultural trajectory for the year 2026, identifying key trends in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized work.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies and workforce shifts, translating complex data into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or organizational development with a proven track record of forecasting industry trends.
