- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into core business operations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations, business development, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of identifying and executing long-term strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and future-of-work trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
