Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with a 24-hour response commitment
- Coordinate cross-departmental solutions for complex client issues, tracking all resolutions in Salesforce
- Prepare customized client reports and monthly performance analytics using Excel and Tableau
- Lead onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring smooth integration with our platform
- Identify upsell opportunities through proactive client needs assessment
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine service offerings based on client feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (3+ years experience accepted without degree)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with diplomatic conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record in client retention and satisfaction metrics
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working with government or financial services clients preferred
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 30 days
