Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management in high-velocity environments.

- Act as a technical mentor, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI/ML architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
