Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems architecture specifically engineered to handle the demands of the 2026 technology landscape, including edge computing and decentralized networks.
- Pilot AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core enterprise workflows, optimizing performance while maintaining strict data governance standards.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess and prepare legacy systems for future quantum computing environments, ensuring seamless transition paths for our software products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, security experts, and developers to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Develop comprehensive resilience strategies and security protocols to safeguard proprietary data against evolving cyber threats.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a proven track record of building high-performance systems.
- Future-Tech Savvy: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML integration, blockchain technologies, or quantum computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
