The Role:

Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the design and development of proprietary AI models and machine learning frameworks tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Innovation Leadership: Explore and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced LLMs) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for product managers and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
