Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for next-generation AI products.
- Lead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, MLOps, and model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of deploying ML models to production environments.
