Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for 2026-era applications, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the research and deployment of advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and computational costs in production environments.
- Establish robust data governance and ethical AI frameworks to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate technical AI capabilities into market-leading features.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI research, including Multimodal Learning and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-impact projects.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
