Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation applications in 2026.
- Lead the architecture of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI pipelines.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for cutting-edge AI research projects.
- Optimize model inference and training workflows for high-performance computing environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
